When I read "ads" I had to do a double-take. I find it really surprising that people are willing to tolerate an OS with built-in "malware". Is it because people simply aren't aware that there are alternatives?
No, it's because when there are three main alternatives, and the one with ads has massive market share, you are necessarily going to have some people using it.
Including people who don't actually tolerate the ads, but who need to target that platform.
